Learn how to Pole Dance!!!

We run courses that are 6 weeks long starting with beginners then intermediate and advanced courses. Each class is an hour long.

Once you have completed the advanced course we now have a new class called Pole Fitness which is designed to push your Pole Dancing Fitness and Stamina. These classes are choreographed and last for 45 mins - not for the faint hearted!!!

Or if you would prefer more attention and more privacy why not have 1 - 1 training or do it with a friend and have 2 - 1 training. Our fully qualified instructors will teach you step by step instructions on how to pole dance.

A pole dancing workout burns lots of calories so if you hate the gym and are looking for something new, fun and exciting - you've found it. Pole Dancing will tone and define your muscles, making you stronger, fitter, and more flexible. Think of Pole Dancing as a mixture of gymnastics and ballet with lots and lots of fun and laughter!

These are fun! fun! fun! Whether you are celebrating a birthday, want to organise a hen party with a difference, or just want to get together with friends, then a Pole Party is THE best way to have fun.

We provide the Poles, the music and the expertise all you need to do is gather all your friends and have a good time!!!

To help every party go with a bang we also provide the following

A bottle of bubbly or cocktails to get the party started

A shooter in a willy glass

Fancy dress costumes to really help you let your hair down

More shooters

And best of all a DVD of your party so you can look back at what a fantastic night you had time and time again.

Cost: £25.00 per person (minimum 6 people)

To book a deposit of £50.00 must be paid then one week before the party a final head count must be made and then the balance paid in full.
