Pole dancing is the exercise that everyone is getting into!
If you aren’t sure of what it can do for you then perhaps take a look at the 2012 UK pole dancing champion!
If you think you’d like to be able to do that then maybe you need to consider a course of pole dancing lessons – you’ll be feeling better and looking better in next to no time!
Most of all you’ll have fun doing it. Of course, you might not need a lesson – you might think you can do it at home with a portable pole (x-pole) and a few pole dancing dvds – however we think that you’ll get much more confidence if you start with pole dancing lessons!
There is also the safety aspect to take into account – there is nothing funny about falling from a great height on a pole dancing pole. Even with the use of a crash mat to soften the blow it can still be a painful experience.
Until you’ve tried watching the screen on a DVD whilst hanging upside down then you’ll not realise just how difficult it is! So having a teacher that can talk you through your moves as your doing them is certainly going to be useful to you.
