May, 8th - Happy Faces Charity DJ night - Joop Nightclub, Bangor
The Sharp-Shooters Girls will be doing their bit to raise money for charity by getting into their skimpy outfits and getting on to the poles. If you want to come and see us perform and help a good cause at the same time then come along and watch us. We will be there from 9.00 pm onwards. May, 16th - Sexy Senioritas Workshop - Break 'n' Spin Dance Studio
This is going to be a fun afternoon,
2.00 p.m. – 3.00 p.m. – Chair Dance
3.30 p.m. – 4.30 p.m. – Pole-Aerobics
4.30 p.m. – 6.00 p.m. – Pole Jam
The cost of this afternoon is £10.00 and you need to book in advance as spaces are limited because there will only be 2 to a pole.

July 22nd - Teenage Pole Dance Class - Break 'n' Spin Dance Studio, Llandudno
This class is designed for the 14 - 16 year old girls who just want to try something different. This class is all about fitness. Lots of mums have been asking me for their daughters so here it is. You must book as there are only so many spaces.

There will be 2 classes - Spins class suitable for all students and tricks class. (you need to be able to invert confidently to join this class)
Spins class is at 11am -12.30pm, tricks class is at 1pm - 2.30pm. Each class is 1 hour 30mins long
You have 2 options either you can have your own pole (£25 per person per class) OR you can share a pole (£12.50 per person per class) AND of course you can do both the classes if you want to!
About TripleX Bex.........
Rebecca commonly known has XXXBex is famous for her crazy trix and super human strength, she first became addicted to pole in August 2008. Over the past 18 months Bex has successfully taught herself more trix than most pole dance instructors in the UK. Her biggest personal achievement to date was Pole Divas competition 2009 where she entered the professional category with only 12 months experience on the pole and completely shocked the pole world with her talent.
